Chef Jasper Mirabile (Jasper's Restaurant) brought his A game to the Kurlbaum Farm. Not only is Japer's food absolutely delicious and perfectly executed, it's served with extra passion. His mozarella theatre presentation was the night's hit as Jasper's showmanship delighted 75 dinner guests with real pizzazz. No one can do it better! Thank you Jasper for a spectacular dining experience!

Missouri Peach Chantilly. Jasper sliced the peaches just before serving. The combination of fresh peaches with coconut shavings, home made whip cream and tasty pudding at the bottom was to die for.

Deconstructed Pork Shanks with Parmigiano Kansas Corn. This dish melted in your mouth. What flavor! And the corn--we were shaking Jasper down for the recipe!

The end product of Mozzarella Theatre 2.0 & Tomato Panzanella. This was a meal itself. Fresh table side mozzarella along with our never-refrigerated tomatoes is a combination made in food heaven!

To the left, Shrimp Livornese over Crispy polenta. The cream sauce over the shrimp was cause for celebration. Eating this made us feel like we were dining on the Mediteranean Sea.
